Let nature be your first medicine cabinet.
Made for everyday life. Tell us what your body is going through, and we'll show you the herbs, foods, and supplements that traditional wisdom and modern research reach for first β plus the moments when a doctor is the right call. Settle in; you're home.
What's going on with your body?
Gentle care for growing bodies
Kids aren't small adults β doses, herbs, and safety rules are different. These are gentle, home-first comforts for everyday childhood bugs. For babies under 3 months, any fever means calling the doctor right away, no exceptions.
A note from us on the little ones
Never give honey to a baby under 1 year. Skip benzocaine teething gels and amber teething necklaces β pediatricians warn against both. When in doubt about any herb or supplement dose for a child, ask your pediatrician or a licensed naturopath first. Trust your gut: nobody knows your child like you do.
Live with the seasons
Your immune system has seasons too. Here's how to stay ahead of each one instead of reacting after you're already sick.
Support your body around every workout
What you take in before, during, and after training decides how you feel tomorrow. Built from what athletes actually use β no gimmicks.

Ancient wisdom, everyday rituals
For thousands of years, Traditional Chinese Medicine has seen health as balance β warmth and coolness, activity and rest, and the free flow of energy (qi) through the body. Here's how to bring that wisdom home.
The one idea to know: in TCM, food isn't just nutrition β every food has a temperature nature. Warming foods (ginger, cinnamon, lamb, scallions) stoke your inner fire; cooling foods (cucumber, mint, watermelon, green tea) calm excess heat. Matching what you eat to what your body runs like is the oldest personalization there is.
You'll also find a "Through the TCM Lens" panel inside every remedy in this app β with the traditional pattern, the foods to favor, and a pressure point you can use anywhere.
What's your nature?
Five gentle questions, thirty seconds β discover your TCM constitution and the foods and rituals that suit it.
Your kitchen, the TCM way
Stoke the fire
Ginger, cinnamon, garlic, scallion, black pepper, oats, salmon, bone broth. For cold hands, low energy, and winter months.
Calm the heat
Cucumber, watermelon, mint, chrysanthemum tea, leafy greens, pear. For hot flashes, irritability, and high summer.
Lighten the body
Barley, adzuki beans, corn silk tea, bitter greens; go easy on dairy, sugar, and fried food when you feel heavy or foggy.
Congee, the healing bowl
Rice simmered long and slow into silky porridge β TCM's most beloved recovery food. Top it warming (ginger, chicken) or cooling (pear, honey) to fit your day.
Your body keeps ancient time
Large Intestine time
Warm lemon water, gentle stretch, let the day begin with release.
Stomach time
Digestion is strongest now β make breakfast your warmest, biggest meal.
Heart time
Connect, share a meal, take joy β then rest a few quiet minutes.
Kidney time
Restore your reserves: a nourishing dinner, a slow walk, ease off the push.
Triple Burner time
Screens dim, lights low β the body wants to begin repair. Head toward bed.
Liver time
Deep sleep now is when the body detoxifies and the blood renews. Protect it.
Simple TCM practices for home
The scraping ritual
A smooth jade or rose-quartz tool glided over oiled skin β face for glow and puffiness, neck and shoulders for tension. Always stroke gently, in one direction.
Healing at your fingertips
Firm, circular pressure on a point for 1β2 minutes while breathing slowly. Every remedy in this app names its point. (Skip LI4 and SP6 during pregnancy.)
The evening wind-down
Warm water to the ankles with ginger slices or Epsom salt, 15β20 minutes before bed β a beloved TCM ritual for sleep and cold feet.
